Emily D. Armstrong

Ms. Armstrong has significant employment and labor law experience in private practice. After graduating from law school in Chicago, IL in 2008, Ms. Armstrong joined the law firm Ungaretti & Harris LLP, now the Chicago office of Nixon Peabody. There, she represented both employers and employees in large-scale litigations in state and federal court, gaining significant court experience. Ms. Armstrong relocated to Arizona in 2012 and joined the firm of Milligan Lawless. There she refined her employment litigation expertise, serving as the second chair on most of the firm’s employment litigation matters. She also gained significant experience in administrative matters, representing employers and employees in matters before the EEOC, NLRB, Industrial Commission of Arizona, and the Arizona Department of Economic Security
In 2015, Ms. Armstrong left Milligan Lawless to pursue her own practice and assist Michelle Matheson in representing employees and employers in both litigation and administrative actions.
