Ms. Matheson has also tried cases before Arizona state, federal and appeals courts. She currently provides employees and employers in Arizona with results-driven, cost-efficient legal service.

As an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, attorney David Matheson provides insurance companies and individuals with effective counsel in accident, health, disability, life, complex property and casualty insurance claims including matters involving claims of bad faith. He also represents clients in commercial contract litigation. Mr. Matheson has handled over 50 jury trials and has handled more than 500 arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Matheson has also served as a judge pro tempore in Maricopa County since 2004.
